My Thoughts, About Thoughts

Thoughts are something that can stress us out and ruin our day. Here’s a great way to reevaluate these negative thoughts and move on with our day! 

1. Is this thought true?
2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
3. How do you react? What happens when you believe that thought?
4. Who would you be WITHOUT that thought?

Trauma, Large or Small They Affect Us All

These can be the big things, like car accidents and broken bones...

but also the small things. Like sitting throughout the day and those little repetitive motions we unconsciously do all day.

I have only one thing to say,

Introducing Where We Are Located

We will be occupying two rooms out of Solid Fitness, one being our Chiropractic Neurological Diagnostic Testing Room, Or CNDT for short, then the other being our Chiropractic Adjustment Suite. Dr. Hunter will be accepting patients at the end of the month so be sure to make your appointments accordingly.
